Thank you everyone for your help!
Does anyone know if I take the Coopersmith Chemistry Course and then transfer it to TESU or Excelsior One Transcipt- will it say Coppersmith on the transcript or will it say TESU/Excelsior?

It will show where you take the course - that it's a transfer course, and that it's from Coopersmith (and NCCRS).  There will not be a grade.

What about if I took a TEL chemistry course and then transferred it to one of their partnering institutions? Would it say TEL on the transcript ?

That would not be on the transcript as TEL, as long as you chose the right school (I'd prob go with MACU).
