I used this code but signed up for the Premium/Standard plan (was under the impression that I could upgrade and keep the discount). Anyway, after a week I figured....what the heck, I got this! I sent support a message about upgrading, as it wasn't showing my discount when I went to upgrade and they keep asking me for a screenshot of the promotion and where I got the code. I told them it was from a study group and it is a REFERRAL code but they keep asking for a screenshot. I'm at a loss, do I just screenshot your post? How do they not know what referral codes they are giving out, it shows on my initial charge so they know it is a real thing.

That's what I would suggest, screenshot the post and also when you're about to 'pay' for the subscription, it'll show the applied discount... That should be sufficient for them (I would guess).
