My enrollment with TESC expires in March 2015. I'm hoping to finish my BA at the end of Feb. semester which finishes end of April. However when I looked on the TESC site it says requests for graduation submitted April will graduate in June. Do you need to be enrolled to graduate? Any way to avoid paying the extension fees?

This was discussed recently on
this thread. The upshot is you need to be enrolled when completing all of your requirements and when applying to graduate, but not on the graduation day.

You may or may not need a one month extension, check with the bursar. At one time there was a little leeway allowed towards the end of the enrollment period when graduating; basically a free month (administrative). Not sure if that is still the case.
For June graduation you will have to submit your request for graduation on or before April 1st noting in Section 3 the outstanding course. Also notify your mentor towards the end of the course you are in queue for June graduation and ask that s/he please submit your final grade to the college asap.
Once you see the final grade on your OSS unofficial transcript send the graduation specialist an email (contact info will be provided in the grad request confirmation email) to let her know. She will then pull your file from the hold pile and begin the auditing process.
Good luck!
