Failed Personal Finance Final :(
#1
Well, I feel like a real idiot. I failed the Personal Finance final - by 1 point. ARGH. So, how do re-takes work? Will I still be able to take another exam this month for a different course?

It sounds like I only get two tests per month, no matter what. But, I could have sworn I read somewhere that each final gets three re-takes. Hmmmmmm.....

And, I'm wondering if Study.com will get mad at me if I move onto a new course while I'm waiting for my Personal Finance re-take. (I'm on the Guardian Scholarship.)

Bummer.Sad Are you aware you only need a 55 on the final? You get two exams per month, including retakes. So you have to wait 3 days to retake the personal finance exam. Not sure if you can begin a new course, since completing personal finance is mandatory. You could call customer service or email the person in your welcome message to ask.

Did you take the practice final? I also like the chapter practice exams.

After the retake, you'll have to wait until the beginning of your next month for the 2 new exams. While waiting I would begin to plow through the next course(s) so you are ready when those exams go live.

Unfortunately, there is 1 quiz that I got 4/5 on (instead of 100%), and that made my requirement on the final *56* to pass. Guess what my score was? 55. Sad

Did you watch all the videos? Go thru all the end of chapter quizzes? I got 4's on 18 of my sections. Ended with an 83 on final
just finished yesterday after not touching the course in over 2 weeks. For me I thought the test was just like everything we did in the course. Sorry you didn't pass.

I wouldn't move onto another course.

Being able to retake is different from having another exam "credit" (so you can take an exam). With the scholarship you get the 2 credits, then you have to wait 30 days for the next ones. If you were on a paid membership, then you could just pay again to get a credit.

Log back in and retake the quiz. You still have time before they post final grade. Just make sure that quiz grade is 100.

You should be able to go back and retake that quiz. You get 3 times on it. That would raise your grade to passing. Hopefully that works
