Fall 2021 Session 1 -- What is YOURPace?
(10-12-2021, 12:43 PM)carebear_007 Wrote: Is anybody else planning on asking for another course today?

Nope. I welcome the few days I may have off. I will have to get butt in the next term to finish like I want. Life and family got in the way this term so I didn't complete what I wanted to.

dear god no.

If anyonein their undergrad needs one ask for one with multiple choice exam.

I've been seriously debating.

I was able to add MIS as a minor and am working on database now. I'm going through it a lot faster than I thought and will probably be able to get a draft in by tonight or tomorrow.  Now that I've added MIS as a minor, I would only need 2 courses to get the PM minor as well and that's 343 and 400. According to the spreadsheet that was shared here, 343 is only offered in Session 2 and 400 is only offered in Session 1.

If 400 is a multiple choice exam, I should be able to get it done. But, I'm not entirely certain, since the final assessment type says TBD and I'm not getting a response from Jessica or Cody and I don't want to take any chances.  Confused

BUS 400: Project Management Applications is not an exam. When I inquired about it, the professor said that it requires the completion of a project outside of the platform at work or in the community. It sounded like it could be a more long-form course, especially if you have not already completed a project that applies to the course. I really don't think there is enough time left in the session for it.
UMPI YourPace: BA Business Administration in Management and Leadership with a Minor in Management Information Systems. Completed: October 2021

I thought about adding PM major too but then decided against it.
BUS 400 is not on a platform (meaning that you will directly work on content and project with professor) and you better off taking BUS 140 first because BUS 400 builds upon it.

BUS400 is NOT an exam. BUS400 is offered in term 1 and it's a project management project. You'll want to take BUS141 at UMPI because you'll use that template in BUS400. If you transferred BUS141 in from elsewhere, I would retake it at UMPI. I completed BUS141, BUS400, and BUS401 at UMPI. I did transfer in BUS141, but took it again at UMPI. I was so glad I did because of that template.

Yes. I'm planning on taking a break for the next two months, maybe do my PMP in that time.
