Graduate Schools that accept the most transfer credits

There are a few other universities, you really need to do a search for a degree, not just the institution, if the degree is not your choice, it won't matter if the institutions takes 100% of your transfer credits or not. Anyways, here's a couple more examples where you can transfer 50% or more.

California Southern, depends on the program, you can transfer in 30 credits towards their doctoral. Columbia Southern Residency requirements are 33% of the graduate degree, thus you can transfer in 66%. Link: https://www.columbiasouthern.edu/admissi...dit-policy

For anyone with experience in dealing with Liberty,

I would like advice on two things.

1) I have been led to believe that Liberty will accept classes for transfer, but only at the same level of study... Bachelors credits only can be applied to a Liberty bachelor's, masters credits can only go toward a Liberty masters, and only doctoral credits can be applied toward a doctorate at Liberty.

Can anyone confirm?
I was thinking if they would take my MS in Public Safety, I could cut a chunk out of a DPA or PhD in Public Policy...My goal is to earn a doctorate for less than 25,000 total. (paying out of pocket).
Of course if they won't accept a MS towards a DPA or PhD then it would defeat my goal.

Question 2)
On another thread someone said that if you take a class through Sophia, you can get a 15 percent discount at Liberty, and "stack" that with the first responder discount.
Can someone expand in detail about the Sophia program/discount and how it can stack with the first responder discount. I have never heard of a college allowing discount programs to "stack".

Yes, thus the reason I mentioned a level 8 UK diploma for transfer. As always, you want to make sure by verifying with the institution.

Wayne State College: Up to 50% of an MA or MS in Interdisciplinary Studies, MS in Education, or EdS. Significantly less transfer credit is accepted toward the MBA or MSOM. B or higher required; B- not acceptable. Within this transfer credit maximum, graduate students may petition to challenge for credit. Credit that has been applied toward an earned graduate degree will not be accepted, except for the MSE professional education core. Excuse me if this gas already been mentioned. University of Potomac accepts up to 36 transfer credits. They have a DBA, DCS (computer science), and EdD.

William Woods University advertises "Up to 50% credit hrs - transfer available" for its online DBA, and that with transfer the 51 credit degree can be completed in as little as 12 months. It also advertises "adaptive" credit transfer that allows acceleration of its low-residency PhD in Ethical Leadership, which is normally scheduled over 3 calendar years. However, the university's normal maximum graduate transfer per its catalog is only 9 credit hours.
