I just saw this when doing a search... Nextford might as well only admit non US students at this rate.. Not sure why they can't be part of the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA).  

As of the August 2025 Nexford University Catalog, students are not authorized to enroll from the following US states and territories:

Nexford does have appeal, as it is affordable, but today I received an email stating that because of the state I reside in, I cannot take their program.  Does anyone have any insight into what causes a DEAC-accredited school to have so much trouble admitting students from certain US states?  I think Nexford gets most of its students from abroad who want a US degree.

They didn't ask if i was a resident. They asked if I had a different address I could use. Anytime Mailbox scans any physical mail sent to them and they send it to you electronically.

I was going to pay out of pocket. That's probably why they worded the question the way they did.

Genesis University is nationally accredited (DEAC) and offers two masters programs: MA Jewish Studies and Masters in Jewish Business Administration (a business degree that requires some courses in Jewish law and ethics) are 30 credits each at $300/credit. Transfer policy:

Transfer Credits

A total of 30 credits are required to earn a graduate degree. At least 50% of the degree credit hours must be earned from GenesisU.

Austin Peay Tuition is pretty high for out of state student : 

Graduate Tuition Rates:
Graduate Tuition is $512 per credit hour for hours 1-10 (per semester).

A discounted rate of $104 per credit hour is offered for hours 11 and above (per semester).

PLEASE NOTE: during the SUMMER terms, the hours do not max out; meaning tuition is $512 per credit hour for EACH hour you take. 

Graduate Out-of-State Tuition is $288 per credit hour for hours 1-10 PLUS the Graduate Tuition rate of $512 per credit hour for hours 1-10 for a total of $800 per credit hour (per semester).
