There is no exact time line, but it could take a month or more, although they were getting better when I had last attended.

Just to make sure, you did enter TESC's DSST score recipient number in your DSST registration page before you took your exam, right? You would not believe how many people leave that blank or are told the wrong number by their academic advisor, etc. You should have '9001' entered for the recipient number. If this field is blank or an incorrect 4-digit code is entered, you will need to call DSST and pay to order a transcript.
If you don't recall the number entered, I would suggest logging into your DSST account (not your DSST practice exam account) and verifying your info. If you don't recall, just type ibt.prometric.com/dsst in your browser and you should be directed to the correct URL. Scroll down to the bottom and select 'secure sign in', and log in. You should go automatically to the Update My Information screen (I call this your registration page). You should regularly check this screen whenever you are signing in to take a test!

I took two DSST exams on March 9 and have yet to receive confirmation that they've been sent to TESC. I made sure to enter the "9001" code for both exams.

One other thought- Are you already enrolled? If memory serves, I only had one updated unofficial transcript (after my initial) before I enrolled; they didn't do it with each transcript that came in. Once I enrolled it was whenever they got something from me.

Have you checked the transcripts received page?
This looks as if the break in the chain is with prometric if the transcripts are not making it to TESC. I would call prometric and have them confirm which school is in their system. Unfortunately, prometric seems to be prone to glitches. If memory serves, it used to take about 10-14 days to show as received by the school (I'm in NJ). Then about 6-8weeks for an updated evaluation.
Good luck!

On my "Transcripts Received" page, it shows one CLEP, one DSST, and one "Unknown College." The date that the DSST was received is listed as 3/16, yet I received an email from TESC on 3/2 stating they had received my DSST transcript on 2/23. I have yet to receive any further emails from TESC advising that they had received any other transcripts.

Just to follow up, I contacted Prometric and they saw no reason why my DSSTs wouldn't have made it to TESC, but they mailed all of them again just in case. Did not get a chance to call TESC due to the early closing, but I will contact them early next week.
