After about a 5-month hiatus due to family issues, it is time to get busy and finish my BS. I need to get back in touch with you all for motivation and the uplifting posts that help to keep me on track! Only 22 credits to go; 21 UL and 1 LL. Have DSST in Business Ethics scheduled for this Friday.
Just have to get kick started again!
Any suggestions on a cheap and fast LL credit. Working with Excelsior. Of course, I can just take one more with CLEP or DSST but not sure what great hints I have missed in recent months.

Welcome back, I guess it has been a while since I last saw a post from you. Good luck on your upcoming exams. With 22 credits left, you should be done in no time at all.

I don't remember if you're working, but I got my employer to send me to a seminar offered by the local university's extended studies area. It had a little-used credit option (the office staff had to find out how to do it). I got two quarter credits for 3 Saturdays of useful high-value learning. Came in handy when transferred in, especially as I had other fractional credit from quarter-system schools.

Hi Judy, welcome back!
This probably isnât new to you, but Iâll ask anyway for you and other readers.
Do you already have the 3 free LL credits from NFA? (It is 3 courses for 1 credit each â applied professional. It is a nice option when you need to even out your credits, like I did.) They would go on an ACE transcript - $40 for first transcript and $15 for next transcripts. It works well price-wise, if you have other ACE credit, like ALEKS, to transfer. Have you already taken ALEKS Stats for 3 UL credits?
I had been wondering recently how things were progressing with your degree. Iâm glad to see you are back and ready to get finished!

Yes - I still need 1 more LL. Thanks for the try though - it was necessary for the AS that I completed in January.

I don't know anything about these but will certainly check at the local universities for some options. There are a few certificates I was interested in. I'll have to see if they can be converted to credits.

Are you talking about the FEMA courses? If so, then all I need to make sure of is whether EC is accepting them or not. They look interesting to me anyway.
Thanks for the input NAP

A heartfelt thanks to all. I sometimes wonder how much this forum and its members realize what a great job - not just in information but support for all of us.
