hafbshawz Wrote:Ok, so I'm taking the intro to computing test on Monday morning. I haven't studied a lot, but have studied (using IC, petersons practice test, and a internet website on a McGraw Hill textbook). I made a 67 on my first peterson's practice test last night and studied all day today and still only made a 67 on the second one. I am getting worried. Does anyone who has taken this test know how close the Peterson's practice test score will convert to the real test. I am starting to stress and thought this was going to be an easy one to study for, but have found it harder than expected. Any input would be great. Don't stress. You're doing all the right stuff. I look at these tests as filling in pieces of a jigsaw puzzle. The more pieces you fill in by studying--the better off you are--even though you likely won't have the complete puzzle put together even when you're plenty prepared. You'll get half of the answers correct on the actual exam because you know them--and you'll get the rest by looking at the choices and knowing that two or three of those four choices are probably NOT the answer. Just keep patiently studying and reinforcing--get plenty of sleep and it will soon be a distant memory.
