I chatted with Sophia last week. He said it is an IT problem. Sometimes he said it may take up to 5 times contacting them. The problem seems to be certain courses such as US (or American) History II. That one seems to be a big problem along with a few certain others.

Yeah, I'm still missing US History II. The other missing badge is a 1-credit course, so I can live without it.

I ve talked through chat with representative and asked for my credits to transfer. I got it within 1 hour

We've all done that, several times. But there are issues with generating badges for certain courses.

All courses i took showed up in less than hour. Including History 1&2. It happened today maybe 2 hours ago. So maybe ur courses will come shortly too

If you took them recently, they'll show up. I took it in June, and they're having issues generating a badge for that version of the course, according to IT. But who knows.

I put in yet another chat request for my US History II badge yesterday. Again I was told that IT was having issues with that particular course but it should be fixed by now. Still no badge.
