I did equally well on both but thought A&I was easier.
I didn't study beyond taking a practice test in the CLEP book.
For Humanities, I took the practice test, then looked up everything I missed on Wikipedia. I am a huge music buff, and that really helped with that test. I hadn't discovered IC at that point, and I haven't looked at their flashcards to say how well they help.
