When you try to view Modern States and their home page for example or any other page like their success stories, their website logs into the admin portal and asks you to "install". This isn't a virus or anything, I think their Wordpress server or service provider is having issues. Give them some time to fix it and sign in tomorrow or the next day... continue working on something else like Sophia.org or whatever.

Modern States runs on Moodle.
Articles probably run on WordPress.
Maybe what happened is a WordPress update caused problems bridging both CMS and now they are trying to install a previous version of WordPress.
Some code monkey screwed up, now they don't know what to do. Whoops. lol.

Looks fine to me? The menus load a bit weird, but that goes away once the page loads fully. Maybe they've fixed it already.
For that matter, ModernStates looks okay to me now, too.

In my experience, you can only access it over HTTP and not HTTPS.

That makes sense. I had just configured my home network and decided to check NCCRS for the first time in a few years. I forgot there're still sites out there running non secure protocols and didn't look into it further.
