Both Psychology and Marketing are very do-able. I would say take whichever one interests you more.

I just took the Marketing CLEP last week & scored a 70 with only using IC. Haven't taken Psych so I can't compare the two, but I can tell you Marketing isn't tough.

For me they were both about equal. The best advice is "take the one that interests you more." For both exams I a) ran through instantcert section by section until I scored 100% b) took the sample exam c) googled any of the questions that I missed. It was enough to high 60's low 70's on Pshyc, Marketing, Management and into to Educational Pshyc. (I did the two Pshyc classes in under a week from deciding to take them to studying to passing.)
