Study.com transcripts

Does anyone know approximately how long it takes Study.com to send a transcript to TESU and if they send you an e-mail confirmation once it's sent?  I requested transcripts on June 29.  So far, no confirmation they've been sent and no notification from TESU that they received anything.  Previously with the ACE, the transcript was sent immediately and TESU would send confirmation within a day or two.

I got an email a couple of days after requesting the transcript saying it had been sent, and I think TESU got it a week later.

It's all done via snail mail (don't ask me why!!!) instead of ACE's electronic method, so it will take longer for the delivery.

I think there was a problem and you should contact Study.com again.
