Hi I have enrolled in TESC going for the BSAST in Information Technology and I have a few questions. So far I understand the only two courses I can test out of are, "Network Technology" and "Management Info Systems" however for the electives I am wondering if there are any other options rather than taking the TESC courses. I have to take 9 more IT electives and wondering about my options. I know I can do the certificates but I'm hoping for something similar to Straighterline courses, or exams I can take. Thanks in advance guys!

I couldn't find many options so I switched to the BSBA: CIS degree. Which I recommend if you are not looking to take any classes. You can test out of most of the classes and use straighterline and penn foster a bunch.
You can also look at some of the other self-pace classes like straighterline at
adams.edu
pennfoster
KCTCS

Thanks contactmail, I'm looking at the CIS degree but it seems to be more business based where personally I'm going for more technical. It's what I enjoy

lol and thank you so much for the list of self-paced universities!

No problem. I'm sure there are other ones independent study courses out there at other colleges that can apply too. Just make sure whatever you take is ACE approved and you get approval at TESC before you take it.
