Has anyone attempted to apply at TESC, register using the Per Credit tuition plan (no upfront costs) so that they do not have to re-apply later, and then switch to the Enrolled option when they are ready to graduate? I don't care about the additional $75 to apply again, it is that I don't want my transferred credit evaluation to change the next time they do it, nor do I want to get stung by any possible upcoming changes for the 2014-2015 school year. I plan on graduating no later than the fall of 2015, but I won't have the cash saved-up until January of 2015 to pay for tuition and graduation.
Thank you for your time.

A couple military folks including myself did this while also using the GI Bill to pay the enrollment at the last semester. The registrar is aware of this and helps with the process.
Once again, this was with military members, so I'm not sure if there is a difference with non-military (GI Bill).

Don't waste time by trying to save time. The only sure way to complete your degree is to knock out credits quickly and efficiently.
Don't let easiness bite you in the rear. Know your endgame (where you want to be) and plan backward from there. Your education is a means to an end.
Be honest professionally, socially and academically. There are people (especially little ones) who look up to you and they're going by your example.
Be proud. Whether you're an Engineer or Fast Food worker, there is honor and dignity in hard work.
Picking on people weaker than you only proves that you are a weak person.

I was thinking of this same option to get my sisters FEMA in by June 30th. She wouldn't graduate until probably fall or spring 2015. But, if she is in the system using per credit tuition, would this work???
