I just got my official Commencement Tickets are on the way email...woo-hoo!
Question for those who have attended a TESU commencement ceremony in the past. The ceremony starts at 2 but we need to be there by 11:30. What do the guests usually do while I'm running around, getting my cap & gown, taking pictures, etc.? Do the guests absolutely need to be there that early?

No the guest don't need to be there that early. We always went together because I lived in Hunterdon County about 45 min from the college and parking can be difficult. I think they have changed the venue since I attended in '08 and '10 and who knows what else, so parking could be better now. When I went getting your cap & gown and pictures didn't take much time and then you had some time to take pics with family before ceremony. We did have to start lining up early.

Thanks, Linda. The ceremony is now at the Sun National Bank Center which has 8 parking lots. So hopefully it's not a case where people have to hunt for parking. I'm thankful my family wants to come but I feel weird telling them to arrive at 11:30 a.m. for a 2:00 ceremony. I'm going to call and confirm. I did notice that there will be food available at the venue.
