UMF YourPace Cannabis Business Certificate

The YourPace CBE undergraduate application form now lists as an option the Cannabis Business Certificate from the University of Maine at Farmington. That program’s page in the current UMF catalog shows it consists of these courses:

BIO 101 - Introduction to Cannabis Cultivation (4 cr)
BUS 230 - Cannabis Business Planning (3 cr)
BUS 330 - Operations Management in the Marijuana Industry (3 cr)
CHY 101 - Introduction to Cannabis Chemistry (4 cr)
POS 246 - The History and Future of Cannabis (3 cr)
POS 346 - Cannabis Law and Policy (3 cr)

Yes, the existing YourPace certificates (and the UMF undergraduate degrees) are the same $1800 per term, though the main program landing page with tuition isn’t up yet here to confirm this for the Cannabis Business Certificate.

For those who are going for the BLS, I wonder with 60 credits in the electives area, if someone can get 1 or 2 certificates added to their BLS, instead of the second/third minor. Previously, I've been recommending the BLS for some, but with a second or third minor, depending on what certs they're coming out with, it may be a viable option to get an undergrad cert instead...

After reading your post I wonder if a student working on their UMPI BLS will be able to also sign up for a UMF certificate and be able to work on both when the student has paid tuition for a term at UMPI.

The Cannabis Business Certificate landing page is now up on the YourPace site, and it confirms tuition is the same as YourPace undergraduate degrees, $1800 per 8-week session.
