UMPI Transfer Credit Questions

Does anyone know if there is an equivalent course I can take at Sophia or Study for the course Hty 116 at UMPI?

Welcome to the board! I've split your post from the "Important info before applying" thread as you missed both the initial first post and last post note in bold & red.  That thread is used primarily for making sure people have their main criteria completed before apply, not for question and answers and is getting derailed. It's great you're asking questions, it's best to check the WIKI, Sophia, Study.com for equivalencies, or even do a search on this board, have you done that as a first step before asking?  I would research those avenues as a first step and if you can't find the answer, then update this post.  As a quick check, you can also review the UMPI database and see as well. Good Luck...

Note: I checked StraighterLine and it does have UMPI equivalency, they take Western Civ to transfer over.  Study.com doesn't have that showing but should transfer over as well.

I had HTY 116 fulfilled by the Western Civilization II CLEP exam. I got the free voucher to take the test through Modern States. That could be another option for you as well.
