UMPI which courses are tests?

Have you asked Jessica for the list of Final Assessments? She has a pdf that lists this out.

So I asked her today and She told me that they do not give out the information to students without enrolling in a specific course. 


I'm about to finish with one of my classes, and I wanted to take on another one, but don't want to have to pick one up with a big paper. If it was a test for the final, I'd be ok with it so I can focus on the paper for the other class.

Well that is odd! She used to give out the PDF when asked. I know because I asked for it every session. Back then the courses were not offered every session. Most people want to know what the Final Assessment is before signing up for the classes especially near the end of a session.

Yeah. I asked her also and she said that it didn't exist.

Very strange! There's one for business and GEC, English, and education. The history one just listed out which courses were available each session. 

Let's see if this works.....

ETA: Yippie! Looks like it did work. These may not be up to date. I completed my first degree in 2021 and my second in 2022 and I know some courses have changed since I took them.

BUS 377 - Federal Tax I, no paper however you have to pass 3 VITA (IRS Volunteer Tax Preparer) Exams and prepare a full indiviual tax return.
BUS 378 - Federal Tax II, prepare tax returns for multiple business entities. 1 Corp, 1 S Corp and 1 partnership plus write a paper analyzing gift & estate taxes.

Was Bus 376 a multiple-choice exam? or was it a list of auditing problems that you had to respond to in writing?

Was Bus 376 a multiple-choice exam? or was it a list of auditing problems that you had to respond to in writing?

BUS 376 is a list of 12 long auditing problems and procedures that you have to respond to in writing. Some are short answer, and other are a short essay. Probably took me 2 days (12 hours total) just to finish the Final Assessment alone.
