UNIR - Internet University (Spanish)

So, this university seems like a pretty good option for those who know the language well... I see they partner with a few universities and also have their own Propio, Official Masters, and Doctorate degrees. I didn't get the chance to take a look at the pricing, but I guess it is going to be affordable enough... If you have the time, do the research on this one!

My Spanish language skills are definitely lacking so I can't really read through the website but I'll go out on a limb and say that the ".net" url , without a country code, is a turn-off for me.

Unfortunately, they don't publish their fees and they don't appear to be all that cheap either.

There's a bit of info in the UNIR thread on the other forum. What fees have been discovered aren't too bad. A proper, fully-recognized Master's (not a Propio) was going for $4,500 and could be had for about a 50% discount. Around $2600 IIRC. Worth a look - as long as you have reasonable Spanish. Precios razonables pero no para las Grouponistas.  Smile

Just to add to this, the prices we discovered were for the Mexican UNIR. The European equivalent may have different tuition rates.

For UNIR Perú, they told me that the Master in Astronomy and Astrophysics was around 3 thousand euros.

Official.

All in Spanish.

It was a one year master, 60 ECTS.

However, they didn´t want to tell me the price by email, or through WhatsApp messages.

You need to authorize them to call you, and just then, they tell you the prices.

That's quite the run-around! What do you think the reason is? They don't offer consistent tuition rates to everyone?
