USAF and the ACT
#1
A friend of mine is taking it, who I remember in the past as having already taken enough college courses to be only 14 or so classes away from his bachelor degree.

When I asked him why he's taking it now, all he told me was that it was for advancement. He didn't really say much more beyond that.

So what is it for anyway, and how could it help exactly?

I know there is the ACT to be able to get into college, much like the SAT; however, I never heard of it used from advancement. So I presume this individual is referring to something else, I hope.
