Nostalgia, I've not heard people talk about their original names as "ICS / PCDI" for a while now... Ashworth and Penn Foster were dueling it out for market share until Penn Foster bought out the competition somewhat recently... The programs offered and fee/plans or structure of the two were pretty much identical or very similar.
