I already have over 80 Community College credits.
I am about 4 classes short at that community college from getting an A.A.
If I were to sign up for TESU, I'd be only 1 class short.
Problem is: TESU is expensive just to register and get the A.A.
If possible, I'd like to get the A.A. with as little $ and little classes to take as I can.
Anybody know of a school that has a large credit transfer acceptance and doesn't cost a lot to get their A.A.?

Try the pierpont BOG AAS. Others on this forum have lots of experience with that route.
If it has to be an AA, COSC might be your next best option.
If you post what classes you have completed, we can direct you to the best option for you.

What is your goal with an AA? It's nice to have one, but its not really a marketable, especially if you're going to get a bachelors soon.

FOR SURE check and see if you have hit the requirements for the BOG AAS. If you have, it's free - as in $0. Pierpont is just awesome. My son is getting his (free) BOG AAS there while also working on his bachelor's.
While I would also encourage you to consider a bachelor's as a next goal, if you can get the associates from pierpont, you might be done by tonight.

If you meet the requirements listed by cookderosa, graduated HS at least 2 years ago and have at least 12 credits from an RA college/university, then yes you should be good to go. There are long wait times for everything to transfer in and for you to graduate, however.

Honestly, I'd rather pay a little time for a degree that only costs me the extra money it takes to send in my transcripts. I'm in the process of picking mine up now, and I'm still flabbergasted that this is even a thing.

For individuals who have NOT received an Associates or Bachelors degree, you can apply to the BOG AAS if they have 12 credits from a community college. If you have an Associates or higher already, you are not eligible as the degree is more of a "terminal" degree that can be laddered into a Regents BA at one of the WV universities.

BTW, I recommend that everyone on this forum send a nice message to Nancy Parks at Pierpont to thank her for working on the BOG program. I sent her an email a few months ago to thank her for the program and it was much appreciated. I think that this kind of program needs to be supported on a regular basis, so send the thank you messages.

On the Nationally accredited side, you could transfer to Ashworth, only have 5 classes and attempt to test out of all 5 since their guidelines don't state HOW you have to take the 5-course minimum for an Associate degree. The Life/work exams are 50 questions per course. You could have your degree in-hand by early September.
