NYU has a 2nd degree accelerated BS nursing program
its for people who already have a 4 year degree in a subject and now want to get a degree in nursing
its 15 month, 5 days a week, full time -- no summer break
some of the prerequisites are
Lifespan Developmental Psychology
Statistics
Anatomy
Physiology
Nutrition
Chemistry
English
they will not accept ANY online courses to fulfill ANY of these requirements
I can understand them not accepting Chemistry and A&P, but they won't even accept an online course for Lifespan Developmental Psychology or Nutrition
contrast that with Columbia's accelerated BS in nursing
they WILL accept Excelsior exams to fulfill A&P, Microbiology, Lifespan Developmental Psychology and Statistics
and they don't even require chemistry (unless you're going for Anesthesiology)
so different schools and different programs will look at your online degree definitely
