Completing a BSBA in Management by testing out.

Hi my name is Andre. I have no previous college credits and limited knowledge about how college works. I want a degree from either Excelsior College or TESC. My question is which of the two colleges are cheaper and are there any good degree plans for a BSBA in Management from Excelsior College. I found a get degree plan for TESC online already. I'm still trying to figure out how this testing out method works. Well thanks for reading my post.
