Finding a high school in China that gives AP exams might be tricky. And, you have to make arrangements to take the exam with the school (if they agree to let you sit for the exam at all), and apply by the deadline, and then take the exam on the exact day/time they give it (all schools give the same tests on the same day across the US). So for that exam, it's May 5th at 12pm. Not exactly a convenient schedule for most non-high school students.
There is no Chinese language CLEP.
I agree with ladylearner that you should do the ACTFL exam instead. If you're fluent, you get a lot more credits for it than AP (up to 14 for oral, and another 14 for written). If your school accepts this test.
