TESU BALS with concentration in General Management or Communications. Possibly HR Management but I'm not sure if that would require real classes.

Or COSC General Studies with concentration in Organizational Leadership, HR, or Communications.

They are so flexible outside the AOS, so he could go quickly with CLEP/DSST.
