Thanks for replying. Yes, everyone is different with their abilities, totally agree. I am trying to create a general consensus. 

1. When I ask about level of difficulty, I am referring to comparing against straighterline and study.com accounting courses, or even WGU.
2. Grading level, I am referring to fairness of grading for the papers.

I have a few follow up questions.

3. What is the learning style of the courses; example: watch short videos, live instructor, read text and writer papers and take exam?
4. If I want to reach out to the school, should I just go through enrollment or is there a recommended person I should contact? I believe someone mentioned enrollment is through a sales company in a different state or something like that.

I can't compare anything to StraighterLine or Study because I didn't take their courses. I wouldn't have taken Financial Accounting from them and then taken Financial Accounting from UMPI. Can't compare to WGU as I never attended WGU.

I feel that the grading is fair. Others may not feel that way. Again this is a personal belief. 

The course content is similar to Sophia. You have reading material, website and article links, and videos to watch. There are ungraded quizzes and the Final Assessment which is the basis for your grade for the course. 

You can call the number on the website or fill out the form online and someone will contact you. It's usually enrollment services. It's really difficult to speak to anyone at most colleges until you've at least applied. Enrollment and admissions is the sales portion of the college at every college.

UMPI staff want you to succeed. They're not like TESU that ignore you after you pay big $$$. Or the University of Phoenix where you have to do the group projects on your own because the other classmates won't help. UMPI is very much about self-motivation.

Thank god there are no group projects! Those things suck in person. I can't even imagine trying to do one online. WGU requires a group project for one of their master's degrees. I can't remember if it's the MBA or MAOL. But man people complain online about it.
