Maybe it was a regarding a specific course, which happens, vs all Study.com credits. That is far more common, and likely.
I don't think so. Sophia doesn't have those courses and it would be weird to say it like that if it weren't all SDC vs. all Sophia.
Either someone is horribly informed (which is possible) or we're all in for a horrible surprise come New Year's.
