I can't imagine what it would be like having to deal with them via email but all of my telephone correspondence has been spot on. They answer within 5 minutes and transfer me to an advisor whenever I have more in depth questions.
With regards to the GPA issue, for me it was better to take 1 class from TESC and graduate with a 4.0 rather than having them "grade" one of my low test scores such as the case with Financial Accounting or Business Law. This way, I can study right up until the point of diminishing return and then go take the test. If I had chosen Excelsior, this time saving approach would have negatively impacted my gpa.
I guess we can all be thanful we have 3 options to choose from each with their own positives/negatives.
