$900 Elmwood Master of Leadership and Management (NA DEAC)

"Note that the program has proctored quizzes and exams, but it is on the student to procure proctors with whom they do not have prior relationships that could call their objectivity into question."

I see that on the other forum, but they didn't say where they got their information from. From reading the catalog combined with the email response I got (describing the assessments as "low stakes"), I gather that the proctor would be for exams, not quizzes.

I'll send a message asking about the use of online proctor services.

They mentioned this in their website:

"An applicant who has completed university-level courses in a foreign country comparable to course credits in the American university system must have their educational credentials evaluated and sent to Elmwood Institute. The credit evaluation report must also include the original transcript. If the transcript is not in English a translation must be provided. Three credible providers of credential evaluations are:

World Education Services (WES – http://www.wes.org/)
Educational Credentials Evaluators, Inc. (ECE – http://www.ece.org/)
International Education Research Foundation (IERF – http://www.ierf.org/)."

However, I asked if they would accept ACEI (as I´m going to evaluate my transcripts for TESU there), and they said that it´s okay.

As SNHU has told me in the past that they accept NA credits, I´ll try transfer 4 of these courses to the SNHU en Español MBA - Concentración en Liderazgo (their maximum transfer is 12 credits), so I could get a SNHU MBA for less than USD$ 2,000.

Is there any option for individuals that live in a state that cant attend? Obviously you could say move... But can you use your in laws address?

You have to upload your state issued ID that has your address on it - so I'd say No.  Unless you're willing to move to your in-laws (and that tends to come with a whole other set of problems, besides the tax issues) Smile

I wouldn’t recommend it.  I think that could be considered fraud.

Less than $2,000? That would work out to $111.11 per credit. Are the SNHU en Español courses less expensive than the English language ones? I can't see that info anywhere in their website, just a form to ask for more information about costs.  Confused

I heard back about proctoring. Four of the final exams are proctored. Quizzes are not proctored. Proctors need to be willing to send a copy of their photo ID. I don't have a lot of experience with the online proctoring services; if they will do that then they can be used, but if they won't, they can't.

Yes, SNHU en español is much more cheaper than SNHU.

They sell the courses by "packages", and you could get a package of 3 courses for 2700 Peruvian soles = 724 USD$.

In order to get the MBA for less than USD$ 2,000, I´m counting on transfering all the leadership concentration courses.
