Okay, I passed the Dantes Intro to MIS exam today (BTW they dropped the "intro" designation and now just call it Management Information Systems) with score of 439. This exam was no cakewalk, thatâs for sure. I did my standard prep routine of studying IC only for approximately 10 hours for one week. If I didnât already work in the tech sector Iâm not sure how the outcome would have been. Does anyone have a guestimate of what a 439 with a passing score of 400 would unofficially correlate to grade-wise? C or perhaps a C+ or B-. Any thoughts? Just curious...

I took this exam today too. I passed with a 415. I don't work in the tech sector and never have. I did about 8-10 hours of studying, but really didn't feel confident. My head wasn't in a testing mood today...teenage son problems at home! I don't like the pass is a pass idea, but in this case I was glad I passed...even if it was by the skin of my teeth. This is my worst score yet, so for next weeks Business Law II, I will be doing much more studying.
I highly recommend the specific exam feedback for this test. The flashcards seem to be very outdated and a lot of my exam wasn't included in the flashcards. I did know some of the info from the specific exam feedback and recommended resources. I wish I had done more of the practice exams and reviewed the other recommended websites. Don't fear this exam, but do a thorough job studying!
Good Luck!
