I am sooooo excited! I passed! Thanks to Snazzlefrag for his notes and Campbells tips yesterday....I did great! We must have had the same exact version of the test because everything you mentioned in your post was on my exam. I am off to celebrate! Thanks.

Congrats nymanzanita!

Valerie - Are you using the IC flashcards? They cover it pretty well. What are you scoring on the Peterson tests?

I agree with Nymanzanita! Snazzlefrag's notes are on point! I reviewed everything on that list, went thru the IC HG&D flashcards once (distracted by foster children & loud library patrons all the while Rolleyes & took 1 and a half Petersons test. The only observation I have is that the wording of some of the questions is different than the wording on IC or Petersons. I was a little concerned as to whether I had studied enough once I got into the test, but apparently everything worked out well 'cause I passed! Big Grin As long as you have a firm understanding of the concepts & THEORIES you should be ok!

Used IC, and feedback from Snazzlefrag and Campbells posts and secured a pass, 58!!

know divergent thinking has to do with creativity.
at what stage of pregnancy is syphillis and german measles most dangerous...1st tri, 2nd tri, beg 3rd, end 3rd?
know the Dialectical perspective?
know what dialectical means?
gilligan - what she thought women believed strongly in: moral law, cared about others...?
what is the result of children in daycare vs. mother at home...child learns slower, unattached to mother...?
know eriksons stages...including focus of middle and older adulthood.
lots of piaget stage questions

I wonder if the CLEP would have been easier as IC and petersons were geared towards the CLEP exam but I agree with Lovejoi as long as you know the concepts and are sure to go over the feedback tips you should do fine. Good luck!

Hi, This test wasn't too bad if you are prepared. IC and everyones feedback was a great help. I sent you a PM. I also have the pass your class study guide I can send you. I never got a chance to read it but if you have time you may find it useful.

Has anyone taken this test in March 2011? If so, would you please let me know if by studying the IC cards and studying Snazzelfrag's notes I'll most likely pass. I'm planning on taking the test on April 13th. Has the test changed since 2007 when Snazzelfrag took it? From reading some of the posts here, it appears it has. Also, which test is easier, the HG&D or the Lifespan? I need all the help I can get. Only two classes left before I'm done.
