I have been studying for the CLEP Microeconomics test for about 2 months now. I study about an hour a day 4 days per week. I have read through the Barron's Microeconomics book, did the Peterson Tests and have just taken the official CLEP study guide today. I guess you could say I really want to make sure I pass this test since it is the last credits I need for my 4 year degree. On the Peterson tests I scored 61% on the first, 69% on the second and 72% on the third. I have studied the Peterson answers and have understood what I got wrong on those tests and I am pretty confident I could pass those tests again in my sleep. I was feeling good until I took the Official CLEP study guide today. I got 29/60 correct.

That was a bummer. I was taking the test and thought I was doing really well but turns out I didn't. I am going to go back and study what I got wrong and wiki anything I still don't understand. I studied for about the same length of time for Macro and passed with a 53 so I want to make sure I am as ready as I can be for this test. So my question is, how much more studying do I need or do you guys think I am ready now?

Those are strong scores for Petersen's. Sounds like you are ready for sure. Go for it!

If you are scoring that high on Petersons, I say go for it.

Personally, if I was in your shoes, I'd wait a little longer. Getting just half the questions in the CLEP Study Guide right would make me nervous. I'd do the InstantCert flashcards 3-4 times per section in addition to your other studies. And I'd wait maybe one more week.

I would go through the flashcards again, and make sure you know all of them. Make sure you know the answers (and why they are correct) to the ones you missed on the Officall CLEP test. Then go for it!

Thanks for all the comments and help. I took the Official CLEP practice test again yesterday and got 55/60. Much better than my 29/60 and I understand what I got wrong. I am going to try and schedule my exam for next Thursday or Friday. I have been going over the InstantCert flashcards a lot as well and have pretty much memorized them. I just wish I could see the Specific Exam Feedback. I got the InstantCert flashcards printed off from a friend so I don't have a username or anything. Can anyone help me out with this?

The best I can do is ask if you have credit card! I think however, that you and your friend broke copyright laws by sharing protected material.

That was my immediate thought. I was just about to compose a reply asking if this bothered anyone else.
$20 is a fantastic price for what you get here. It drives me nuts that people would steal this material.
