Ryoder had a point. Forums can become addictive. I'm on another forum, as well, where I really do help people out a lot. On this forum, I'm mostly being helped. I do appreciate it, but I need to fight my addictions...OCD/ADHD. I'm making a vow to "stay off" the forum until I finish my ALEKS course and pass my 1st CLEP(other than utilizing the search feature, should I absolutely need to).
Hopefully by that point I will have gained some confidence and be able to give feedback and start helping others. I appreciate everything you guys have helped me with and I'm going to stop lolly-gagging and get my life organized, continue to take care of my health issues, and try to make a certain time of the day where I can dedicate myself completely to studying.
Adios!---for now! cheersmate ...I'm off to study as we "speak".

good! I just responded to Ryoder's comment in the other thread and have made a suggestion that worked for my own ADHD issues with studying. With enough motivation, even the most easily distracted person can accomplish his/her goals.

That is a smart decision. I know it will not be easy. Try to set a limit of time on the computer other then study time. Do not set long study times with ADHD you need to give yourself short breaks. Try 15 minutes study 10 minutes break. if that works you can try longer study with same breaks.
I hope to see your post your result post soon

Excellent choice.
Its tough love but get the heck out of this forum.
PM me if you need anything but don't do so until you have committed yourself to a course of action. I won't even judge you if you aren't reading this post. In fact you probably should not be.
