I've done in-person proctoring with TESU. I filled out the proctor form TESU with the proctor's information about 7ish days later my proctor received my test in the mail with all the instructions on how to proctor etc. My proctor and I scheduled a time I took the test and they mailed it that same day about 14ish days later had a grade update for my test.
