Or are you planning to learn more in IT since your undergrad was in IT? Have you thought about continuing in Data Science since you're taking the Eastern MS Data Science?
While we're on topic of the Eastern MS Data Science, I read your last post on the sister board. It seems you're interested in the Eastern MBA as well. I guess being having some GI benefits left and having some time to do your "Life Long Learning Plan", it's great to see what options there are. I would suggest finishing one at a time before jumping onto the other...
I would take some time to focus on what you want to do in the next few years. I also am into "Life Long Learning" and my plans are in all directions depending on my moods and situation, it changes... I would recommend to see what your interests are and go with that interest, be it Business, IT, or whatever. You don't really need the second Bachelors when you can go for a Masters, some with entry level prerequisites required.
This might be of interest to you after your Eastern MS Data Science: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-...USD-1-Year
Hey! Doesn't seem like my post replies were actually coming to my inbox so I need to fix that. And the EU Data Science program is going well. The layout/delivery of the course is awesome I'm learning alot, currently Python/Pandas/Numpy and more in the first course. The thing is I'm retired from the military and I'm only 35. So I don't have to work besides my kids I have a lot of time on my hands.
For example, EU course are self paced 7 weeks long. You can complete the class as long as you do the work/reading etc. So this class just started June 28th and I'm due to finish this one by Monday, again alot of time on my hands. And my next one doesn't start till mid August.
So doing the cleps for the TESU degree inbetween my classes will work for me. And I want to learn, I feel that Master degrees (besides the one i'm currently in which is geared to ppl with no experience) are mostly theory i.e a Master in CS would be more theory based vs a bachelors in CS where you'll learn a lot of technically aspects, but correct me if I'm wrong.
I've talked to a few ppl in this course and a few of them are actually doing another masters or bachelors at another school while attending EU. I wouldn't mind another self paced, cheap, accelerated master degree in CS but I never could find one that was cheap, EU is only $10k.
Still think you for mentioning the other post!
