I would just ask the college which CLEP/DSST exams will count as for the Humanities requirement - they will be able to help more than we can (although we can tell you where things are ranked in terms of ease).

What you have selected in the original post probably is already the simplest of the exams to take.

The freeclepprep webpage actually has a difficulty list for CLEP/DSST... and Psychology was one of the easier ones.
