Took 2 with ProctorU today and had problems both times. I suggest that you have extra time available and expect problems so that you aren't feeling rushed (for example if you have something planned right after your exam).

Suggest the company to change to RPnow.

No, with most course providers you don't have a choice. I prefer RPNow for sure.
