Hello everyone!
This is my second thread with a potentially updated plan for a BA CS/Math double major from TESU.
I plan on taking advantage of the flat rate tuition fee to complete those harder to find UL math courses, but also picked the easier ones in order to complete within the tuition period.
Any tips, suggestions and corrections are extremely appreciated.
I think that Finite Math will move to an elective, College Algebra from Sophia will meet the Quantitative Literacy requirements for the Math & CS degree. Finite Math may be considered "too low" to meet that requirement for those degrees, though it would likely work for a Liberal Studies, Psych, or History degree.
In progress: TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA
Completed: Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210
MAT-305: Linear Algebra from Coopersmith comes in as MAT-321 (UL)
MAT-303: Quantitative Analysis from Coopersmith comes in as BUS-210 (LL) so prob won't work as a math course
MAT-304: Probability & Statistics from Coopersmith comes in as STA-201 (LL duplicate of any other Stats course)
Finite Math should come in as MAT-110 (I took it somewhere else and that's what it is)
So for that last UL math course, I think the only option here is MATU 310: Abstract Algebra through Westcott/UMass Global - but at $973/4cr, I think you can take an UL one through TESU with your flat-rate term. Swap out an UL CompSci course.
You might look at FHSU - they have an online International Business & Econ degree, and one of the courses is ECON 601 Quantitative Methods - but it might duplicate a Coopersmith course. If it's available, then you can take it for $226.88/cr. There may be other fairly inexpensive schools out there with some other UL math courses. It's worth a shot.

Updated revision attached below.
Appreciate everyone's inputs.
With the added westcott courses, total cost has increased 25%. Is there a risk that the WC courses won't be accepted as Math UL or is it certain that they would?

If TESU has already said that they won't bring in Westcott's Calc III in as Calc III, then you're beyond taking a risk - it's almost 100% certainty that it will be a complete waste of your time.
And since Westcott itself doesn't consider Methods of Proof in Mathematics as UL (it's course number is MATU220), TESU will almost certainly not bring it in as UL either.
For those high prices, it's not worth the risk. $973 each. No way. You are much better off finding those courses somewhere cheaper; or taking all your UL math at TESU, and taking your UL CompSci courses via alt-credit instead. Those you can find cheaper for sure.

Thanks alot for your thorough reply. Saved me a lot of money and frustration months/years from now.
Math UL credits seem to be quite scarce compared to most others, or atleast they're not very talked about.
I suppose it'd be doable but really hard to complete all Math UL courses at TESU within the 12 weeks while working on the capstone.
Might just go for a standalone BACS.
New revised sheet attached below (thanks dfrecore!).
I suppose it'd be extremely hard to complete 21 credits within 12 weeks at TESU, but that's what the cost accounts for, a single flat rate tuition fee, however unrealistic that might be.
