Greetings,

I never knew of CIS Testing, and it appears I never will: it appears that their web site (http://www.cistesting.org/) has gone kaput. Unimportant questions:

a. Are they entirely gone, or have they been purchased or renamed?

b. Did I miss much?


c. Shouldn't CIS's degreeforum.net'opedia entry (https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/CIS_Testing) be updated?

Again, this is a very low priority post.

I mean this is a 4 year old thread. The wiki is only updated when someone sees something has changed and then goes in and makes an update to the wiki. Everyone here is a volunteer so updates happen when they happen. You can update the wiki.

It looks like the public-facing name for the CIS Testing course portfolio is in the process of changing to Total Testing Education. Here’s the Total Testing Education website.

At this writing the CIS Testing course portfolio is still listed at NCCRS under the name “Consortium for International Studies.” This NCCRS listing shows course updates as recently as January 2026.

InstantCert and OnlineDegree are no longer credit providers.  They need to update that page.

Though, the listing is still useful to those who have InstantCert or OnlineDegree credit from the past who might want to send it to TESU in the present.
