What are the easiest DSSTs?

What are the easiest DSSTs? I was thinking about taking Health, but I can't find any Peterson's practice exams. Also, Technical Writing, but the same problem- I don't want to invest my money in a test unless Im really confident, and I wont know unless I have legit practice exams.
Is it true you don't get DSST results immediately like you do during CLEP?

Any computer-based DSST otherwise gives an instant score.
