I was wondering if anyone has some feed back as to when I should apply to TESC? I have a credit bank with them I had to open for a State License requirement. I am planning on ttesting out of the entire degree. Should Iwait until I have everything done and then send it, or should I get the ball rolling then complete the tests? The last question is of I start prior to having everything completed is there a price differance I will have to pay vs just transferring in everything and getting the degree?

I would wait until you have more credits done so you only have to enroll one time. I do not know your plans and how long you think that it will take to get your degree done, but I would be closer to finishing before I did it. TESC is somewhat slow so bare that in mind when you apply. Count on 4 to 6 weeks for your eval to be done and it is good for 6 months.

As long as you know what you need to take for the degree you want wait. Once you pay TESC admission you do not get much more except cheaper classes and advisors. If you don't need those then wait until you are absolutely sure you can complete everything including graduation within one year and enroll then. I will be paying my 4th years tuition to TESC if I can afford it in October. I have only taken one course with them, and I graduated with my AA that year. If I had known more before hand I would have gotten most of my advising on this forum free and just waited to send transcripts when I was almost finished testing.

Wait until you are almost done (within 9 months). The annual fee is a lot to pay just to have access to the advisers. You get better advice from this forum and other similar sites.
To be safe, hold off on any questionable tests (overlap in credits, level questions, applicability questions, etc) until you enroll. This way it can be resolved and you don't waste time and money taking exams that you don't need.
