If you took an online class(not credit by exam), with their regional accreditation there should be no trouble transferring it to a B&M later, right?
big3 actual classes transfer to B&M

As a rule it shouldn't be a problem. Know however that schools can, at times, be very selective and restrictive on what they will accept. Most schools also have a residency requirement so there are limits to how much credit you can transfer.

Another example where something might not transfer are their Calculus / Physics classes. At the B&M universities in Florida, all of the science and engineering oriented degrees such as Computer Science require Calculus 1, 2, (and some require 3 & 4) with Lab. Physics must also be Calculus based. I don't think TESC has Labs for Calculus, and I don't think they offer Physics with Calc. But it varies from state to state on their public university requirements I'm sure.

Yes, but TESC is a pretty expensive choice and they don't offer classes for all of the degrees they offer, making it impossible to complete some degrees there. Typically, people do it the other way, take a patchwork quilt of credits and send them to TESC.

Yes the expense isn't as much of a concern as is the ability to knock out some upper division things online(that don't have labs normally) while maintaining daytime employment

Credits from regionally accredited schools generally transfer to any other school that accepts transfer credits. Some schools will not accept science courses completed online, but these are rare. I even came a cross a school that will not accept psychology courses completed online.

Is it because you don't intend on enrolling? Respectfully (heck, I earned 2 degrees with them) their classes leave a lot to be desired. They don't even have instructors (just mentors) and it's expensive ($1500+). There are probably a dozen other schools that I'd look at first. Number 1 on my list would be Harvard. It's CHEAPER, and it's Harvard. Harvard University --> Continuing Education College ---> search courses by subject

My favorite are the independent studies option at CSU-Pueblo. 1/3 the cost, state universit, self paced, start anytime, finish quick as you like (though they allow you 1year).
Also like university of Idaho independent study....same deal really. That private school in Cambridge is ok too, heard good things about it.

The independent study options will probably be some of the cheapest for UL courses. If you need to earn 30+ credits, then TESC is actually relatively cheap, especially for non-residents. If you earn the max of 36 credits per year, TESC comes out to be $240.19 per credit hour. However, it is possible to find an in-state university that is about the same price.
