It will probably help if I give more information. I'm working on a B.S. in biology. I work 50+ hours a week, primarily normal business hours. Currently, I'm doing my general chemistry at a local state college in the evening. The trouble will be after my chemistry sequence is finished, it's all upper level stuff only offered during the day. Altering my schedule isn't option, neither is quitting until I'm very close to completion.(responsibilities, etc)
As far as the classes, not tesc actually. Excelsior is the one that offers upper level biology classes online. Evolutionary, developmental, ethno, biodiversity, genetics are some that don't have labs.
It looks like my plan is foiled by a last 30 policy in my state anyway.(and possibly some of the other things mentioned) I'm not picky that my degree finishes at the local B&M, just that it's a regionally accredited B.S. in biology

Charter oak offers a BS in Biology as well as Excelsior, though both of these options are more like concentrations in biology. Depending on what you're planning to do, the name of the degree may be semantics.

Remember that COSC does not offer all of the required courses for its biology concentration. You can complete some of the requirements with the Biology GRE.
TESC does offer a BA in Biology that is actually test and ACE credit friendly. TESC is more liberal in giving UL credits. For example, the Microbiology and Basic Genetics Uexcels are lower level at Excelsior, but UL at TESC. The only thing you will have to worry about is finding organic chemistry I and II with labs and the lab for biology II if you don't already have them. Straighterline and University of New England do offer standalone labs. UNE also offers organic chemistry 1 and 2.
I forgot. You will also have to find Cell Biology.

assuming the option for you still exists, my suggestion stands. Harvard's Extension offers all those and more.

I made a degree plan for TESC's BA in Biology using mostly tests and ACE credits.

Do you guys know if people are usually able to transfer their maths to other state or private colleges if they were originally taken through ALEKS?

It's not their math course. You won't be transferring a course from one of the Big 3; you will be transferring the course from ALEKS. The acceptance of the course depends on the college's acceptance of ACE-evaluated credits.

I've been informed there is an incredible bias against any online classes whatsoever in the hard science grad school/medical school admissions departments, regardless of what school or accreditation they were taken under.
So thank you all for pointing things out, but doesn't look like it's going to help me much. Will just have to keep saving to go back to school during the day.

Most of the time, they can't even tell you attended online. Your transcript will not say "online." The only way they can tell you attended online is if you attend a school that only offers online courses.

Personally, I think you are making the right decision. Law schools and medical schools are resistant to change and although you could probably find some school to accept you into a medical program, if you want the ability to be selective, then taking courses in a traditional format is best (for the time being).
I found this article (it's outdated by about 5 years) but it might give you a clearer picture.
The Acceptability of Online Courses as Criteria for Admission to Medical School

Don't miss out on something great just because it might also be difficult.
