Chemistry Clep
#1
I have been studying this for about 7 weeks now and I swear that some days I work on it for two hours and then it seems like I gained nothing and others I look it over for thirty minutes and seem to retain way more. Two more weeks and then I have to take it. Ordered the Chemistry CLEP Professor CD yesterday. Hopefully it will get here soon as I read that others felt like their comprehension was drastically improved by this. Anyone besides Sonner123 used this product? There is only the one review on Amazon.

Worst case scenario is you fail and take it at straighterline.com if you intend to go to a school that accepts ACE credits like TESC or Exelsior.
Definitely check out Khan Academy
BSBA CIS from TESC, BA Natural Science/Math from TESC
MBA Applied Computer Science from NCU
Enrolled at NCU in the PhD Applied Computer Science

We already had a Chemistry CLEP thread. You can compare my Peterson's scores with my CLEP score. You should take a free Peterson's practice test and see where you stand. Here is what I posted three days ago:

The CLEP chemistry exam is much easier than a college level chemistry course. You don't need to bother learning orbitals at all. I've taken 21 hours of inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, and biochemistry with labs. The exam is way below the level of those. It's really high school general chemistry.

My only preparation was taking the first two Peterson's practice tests getting 51% and 49% correct, respectively. I decided I had enough knowledge to squeak by and I did. Fyi, I took the chemistry section of the HESI test and scored at the 88th percentile.
63 CLEP Sociology
75 CLEP U.S. History II
