If you decide to get an Associate degree in Liberal Arts, it looks like you have already completed the requirements for an AA or AS at Excelsior except Information Literacy. (I am assuming they will accept all of your credits.) Information Literacy can be completed through EC or less expensively through Penn Foster or LSU.
Also, look closely at the associate degrees at TESC. Since they allow students to earn more than one degree per annual enrollment fee. You may be able to get both degrees for one fee, if you can complete the second degree within a year.
