You have put a lot of effort into this. You have lots of time to review. Make sure you know why you are getting practice questions right and wrong. Be sure to take the official practice test, too.
(I did not list the element names in my feedback - see my signature - about the table, so they must not have been included, but I don't remember that being a major issue for the test.)
Use the tips in this thread and plan your week well to bring all of it together in your mind. Make some notes on the key things you want to memorize. (All that I learned did not start really coming together until I was taking and reviewing the practice tests during the last week of studying for this one.) Just knowing that you are well prepared is an important part of passing these tests.
